I have just completed a three-year study of New Zealand’s productivity. The most productive workers are the abseilers cleaning office windows. They don't hang about.
A wonderful look at what has become of NZ's roads and workers.
I was telling a friend about an experience I had in Japan; The Mall's floor (about 100meters x 10metres) needed retiling. On my way into work (8:00pm) around 30 workers on hands and knees had begun pulling up the old tiles and putting down new ones (about 10cms square). The entire Mall had been retiled when I finished work at 3:30am. There were no cones, no scaffolding and no port-a-potties.
Nothing is different on either side of the world. Sounds like Philadelphia where I’m reading this. I never thought any city could out produce Philly.
Thanks for the chuckle. All true, even with the sight of a gannet.
